Miss India USA 2001, Miss. Stacy Issac was appointed by the Mrs. Helena Kaushik Womens College as Ambassador for Higher Education for Women in India. As such she will represent the college in both US and India. Miss India USA will also receive a $1000 Scholarship from REG ,Inc. towards her education.
She will visit the college as a guest of REG , Inc. to meet with students and faculty and talk about value of education and be a role model for the upcoming young women leaders from this college. As the college begins to have its graduates beginning May 2002, visits by Miss India USA 2001 and other dignitaries will help extend the reach of the students of the college.
REG , Inc is thankful to Miss India USA 2001 Pageant and its organizers for teaming up with REG, Inc in promoting the cause of women's higher education.
Miss India USA 2001 was selected from among 31 contestants representing 25 States in USA on the Pageant held in NJ on November 17th, 2001.
Ms. Stacey Isaac, Miss India USA 2001, visiting Mrs. Helena Kaushik and Family in New York following the pageant as the ambassador for the college named after Mrs. Kaushik.
