Admission Procedure
- Candidates seeking admission to the college should get their names registered by applying on
the prescribed Form to be obtained from the college along with the prospectus by
paying a fees of Rs.200/-.
- Application Form for admission duly completed in all respects should reach the college office
by 01 July 2009.
- Each application Form should be accompanied by the following documents:-
- A Transfer Certificate (T.C) from the last institution attended.
- Original Character Certificate(C.C) from the Principal/Headmaster/Headmistress of the
college/school last attended.
- Original marks-sheet of the last examination with two attested copies. The original
marks-sheet will be returned after verification by University.
- Two attested copies of the Certificate of Secondary Examination should be attached for
verification of date of birth.
- Three passport-size colored photographs of the applicant.
- Migration Certificate of the students who come from the board other than the Board of
Secondary Education, Ajmer. All admissions will be provisional in the first instance and
will be confirmed only after the submission of Migration and Eligibility certificates and
approval of the University. Migration Certificate must be submitted within one month of
the admission.
- An essay on why you want to study at Mrs. Helena Kaushik Women‟s College.
- An essay of up to 500 words on any subject of your choice.
- Income certificate by a competent authority.
- Certificate of PH, Wards of Govt. Servicemen & Ex-Servicemen of Army, Navy, Air
force.
- Admission will be given in the order of merit. The Principal reserves the right to reject any
application without assigning reason.
- The selected candidates should deposit their fees in full at fee counter in the college on the
date declared by the office of the Principal failing which the admission will stand cancelled.
- A candidate seeking admission on false/wrong information will be treated disqualified when the
fact comes to the knowledge of the college.
- Scheduled Caste (S.C)/Scheduled Tribes(S.T)/Other Backward Classes (O.B.C) must submit
certificate to that effect to avail concession in admission as per the directives of the Govt. of
Rajasthan.
- Returning students of the college seeking admission will also have to fill the prescribed
admission form at the time of admission.
- Students desiring with draw their admission before 31st July shall have to loose 30% of their
fee deposited.
- Fee deposited is not at all refundable after 31st July
Supplementary Candidates
Candidates who have to appear for supplementary examination of Rajasthan Board/University
of Rajasthan/Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi or any other board/university will
be given provisional admission that will be confirmed only after they pass the examination and
submit all necessary documents to that effect.
The candidate will have to deposit the fees of the session at the time of admission, which will
not be refunded if the student fails in the supplementary examination. The supplementary
candidates may seek admission up to the last date of admission meant for all the candidates after
which admission will not be allowed in the college.
