Employment Opportunity

  1. The College needs teaching staff and non-teaching staff and employs them on a competitive salary basis in the area.

  2. National guidelines as formulated by the University Grants Commission are used to set the salary levels of teaching staff. Local market conditions are taken into account along with academic qualifications, experience, and research activity in their subjects, general level of service to the institution, examination results, and evaluation by superiors, students and the College management.

  3. Teaching staff is needed in all liberal arts and science electives offered at the College.

  4. Teaching staff comes mostly from Rajasthan but some have come from Haryana, Delhi, UP, Jammu and Kashmir, Bihar, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and West Bengal.

  5. Non-teaching staff is needed in food services, housekeeping, gardening, office staff, sports, security, plant maintenance, cleaning and upkeep, transportation, computer lab, library, etc. Competitive market rates in the area are paid.
